3.1 You can place an ad on the Marketplace for free. Cybfed charges a platform fee ("Listing Fee") for services sold on the marketplace in accordance with the applicable Cybfed price List .

4.1 You can sell any services and products related to esports and games that are currently presented as a "category"on the Trading Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, esports coaching, live esports broadcasts / commentary, esports tournament administration, graphic design, and more.
4.2 Cybfed will review new listings published on the Marketplace to ensure that they comply with our general content policies and guidelines. Cybfed will try to verify the statements made by Sellers in the listings as far as possible, but makes no guarantees as to the veracity of such statements. The buyer should always make an independent assessment and read ratings or other sources of information to decide whether to buy the specified service or not, and Cybfed is not responsible for any information or erroneous statements about the services and products offered on the Marketplace. Cybfed verification of new ads usually takes up to 24 hours from the time of publication, but in some cases the verification process may take longer.
4.3 Cybfed allows you to sell products only to legal sellers.

8.1 Payments made for services on the Trading Platform are temporarily held by Cybfed in escrow, as the Buyer and Seller are linked through the Platform. 8.2 Cybfed will only provide support for transactions, Deals or offers made on the Trading Platform if necessary at its sole discretion.
9.1 All prices are calculated and indicated including VAT. The VAT rate will vary depending on the Buyer's and Seller's country of origin. The listing fee charged for each transaction is calculated based on the total cost of the service sold, including VAT.
9.2 The Seller is solely responsible for declaring any VAT, VAT equivalent or income tax in accordance with the requirements of relevant national, provincial, state and local laws and regulations.
9.3 At the Seller's request (which should not be excessive or unreasonable), Cybfed may provide the Seller with a transaction report detailing the total transaction value, Listing fees and VAT based on sales made for revenue reporting purposes.
9.4 Transactions concluded between the Seller and the Buyer on the Trading Platform should not be considered as services sold by Cybfed. Cybfed provides a platform on which sellers and buyers can interact, and Cybfed can in no way be considered as a participant in transactions between sellers and buyers.
